You are registering as a participant

The registration fee includes one copy of the conference abstract booklet, lunches and coffee breaks. Registration fee is set at 220 Euro.

After verification and acceptance of your registration, we will send an invoice to the given e-mail address. Payments shall be made as stated in the invoice, free of any deductions latest March 14, 2025. Since only a limited number of participants can be accommodated, registrations will be accepted on a “first-come, first-in” basis.

Photos and videos of you may be taken during the Colloquium for publicity and marketing purposes. Without prior notification of the event organizers, by taking part in this event you grant the event organizers full rights to use the image resulting from the photography/video filming, without compensation. This might include (but is not limited), the rights to use them in their printed and online publicity, social media and press releases.

We would like to inform you that we do not commission any third parties to contact you with services offered in the context of this event. You will receive all relevant information and offers for possible services directly from us at Fraunhofer IAF.
